Our Toronto office requires a full-time (Jr. Pricing Consultant) to join this dynamic team.

The chosen individual is very professional, able to meet deliverables on time and extremely organized.

Daily tasks and qualifications are as follows:

     - Work together with Partners and Directors on analysis work (data mining) for projects.
     - Work with Partners and Directors in RFP development
     - Compiling slides for workshop presentations and conferences
     - Assist with marketing and sales efforts – when needed.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and characteristics:

     - Data/Metric Analysis

       - Strong data analysis skills a must
       - Develop methods to gather and report the pertinent data needed to measure observations.
       - Analyze reported data and make recommendations to effect positive change.
       - Advanced SQL coding for database based data programming, is helpful
       - Ability to infer conclusions/hypotheses from a large amount of data
     

     - Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation Skills

     - Project Management

        - Track resources, deliverables, and timelines of projects
        - Ability to work with clients and team members
        - Excellent communications skills
        - Client interfacing local and virtual (Global).
        - Peer to peer local and virtual (Global).
        - Able to conduct in-person and telephone-based interviews.
        - Able to assist in making oral presentations to clients.
     

      - Languages

        - Excellent English language skills. Other languages are an asset.

     - Tools/Software

       - Operating Systems & Applications

       - Microsoft Access, is helpful

       - Lotus Notes support and Database design

       - Office Products

            - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

            - Microsoft Access Database development

            - MS Project

     - Education

       - B.Sc. or other quantitative university degree preferred

       - 1 – 2 years of previous consulting experience required.
